From: Chapter 39 Tacyonic Lifeforms
“Across the many eons, each individual being evolved into a centered point
of infant
consciousness within its centermost core being. Each such core of awareness
was centered
within its own simulation of sensed reality. Each individual observed in
private the blurs and
streaks of light and dark, of presence and absence, of
self
and
not self.
“As their evolution proceeded, the beings remained completely independent
of one another
except for their infrequent collisions in the interstellar space about
themselves. They slowly began developing
the inner structural means to capture and wavelock certain types of light
input within
their innermost cores.
“Like intelligent spherical fish swimming in a vast, bright, spherical
ocean of space, the
creatures learned to utilize the complex solar winds within their starry
surrounds by manipulating
their fibrous webbing strands, or
tendrils,
into great, curving sails so as to effect powers of
controlled sailing motion, or
flight.
“Almost immediately after this discovery, it became a pleasurable, almost
loving game for the
creatures to purposefully bounce into one another and enjoy the sensory
effect that it would
provide. Prior to this time, when two of the beings interpenetrated their
webbing spheres to feel
close to one another, and to lovingly touch their cores one against another,
nothing more than
sensuous feelings passed between them. But with the new accelerated form of
contact,
something very different happened.
“When they flew together at a very high rate, and collided in a nearly
direct line, their webbing
spans would indent to the point where their cores would briefly touch and
then interpenetrate.
Occasionally, after such a collision, a reaction would occur within one of
the colliding cores, or
within both cores. The reaction was initially a separation of a small
portion of the core in the
region where the co-mingling had occurred. Slowly, the small core would
begin to grow its own
tendrils and eventually be ejected from the main core out through the
webbing until it was freely
on its own in the Bright.
“Being neither male nor female, and both at once, all of the beings in the
Bright were potentially capable
of producing offspring in this manner. Such infant spherical beings
eventually grew into
larger cores with stubby tendrils. Across several eons, the tiny beings
would grow larger overall,
and eventually have webbing spheres many meters across like their parents.
The one who bore
the child was known as the
parent,
and the collision partner was the
alterparent.
“As the tacyonic beings loved one another out in the radiant, open
emptiness, and within the
great luminescent plasmic clouds, countless infant, cloudlike beings were
born and tended to by
their respective parents and alterparents. These children of the first
beings grew to maturity, and
themselves begot a new generation, and so the generations continued across
the eons until there were
millions upon millions of similar beings dwelling throughout the bright
vastness in the
spherical region about the hub of the galaxy.
“In time, the clusters of new beings and their parents formed colonies, or
clans, about their
chosen home star or stars, the two most prominent being the clan about the
star Inacada, and
the clan about the massive binary stars Ur and Qu, which clan was called the
Urqu. “There were born
within the clan cluster of Urqu two separate infants, both from the parent
Malequ Urqu, the
Elder, one of the most ancient of the beings in the Bright. Malequ first
bore Ru, from a collision
with the alterparent Stav Urqu, and then much later, Malequ bore Gu, from a
collision with the
alterparent Mari Urqu. Over the eons, Malequ’s infant children grew to
become mature beings with beautiful
webbing many meters across. Ru had her own progeny, and stayed within the
space of
Urqu. Gu chose to leave Urqu’s space to seek out his own destiny.”
From: Chapter 52 Statement to the Earthworld
Greetings in the Name of O—
My name is Srl Krsn. I am the current Director of the Combined Maronnan and
Brylisian Task
Force, a group sent forth by the Galactic Community to deliver an edited
version of
The OverFile
to the people of earth.
In order for me to properly explain what my role is here today, and how the
presentment of the
edited version of the OverFile could affect the earthworld, it is necessary
for me to first review
certain understandings of which you may not be aware.
* * *
There are in the galaxy innumerable stellar planetary systems, a minor
percentage of which
harbor intelligent life. These populated systems have been generally said to
fall within one of four
classes according to the extent of their scientific and technological
understanding of the nature
and mechanics of
reality.
In the first class are those primitive races who have only a minimally
operable explanation of
reality, and rely primarily upon speculative myth and imaginary magical
spirits to explain the
actions of nature.
In the second class are those somewhat advanced races who have an operable
view of reality
based on strict mathematical and mechanistic relationships, but have not yet
grasped the need
for quantum-related conceptions.
In the third class are those truly exceptional races who have developed an
operable
quantum-relativistic view of reality, wherein local existence is defined in
terms of systematic
quantum field vibrations within a vacuous, multidimensional force field.
In the fourth class are those rare and radical races who have developed an
operable view of
reality as being that ultimate, unbounded, vacuous essence within which, as
which, and through
which the nowflow of the observable universe operatively subsists and
persists. Within this
definition is the understanding that quantum-relativistic reality is being
regeneratively sustained,
from microinstant to microinstant, as an overall informational pattern of
point to point orientations
within, as and through an
omnistic matrix-lattice, or Omnism.
For simplicity, we refer to the Omnism as
O reality,
and so say that
all of reality
is ever
nowflowing
within, as and through O.

Whereas the third class races are limited in their perceptions to the
electromagnetic spectrum, the
fourth class races are permitted to utilize the tacyon spectrum, and,
accordingly, all the
resultant technology that arrives with this understanding. Although the
fourth class races are
relativistically restricted to near-light travel rates, they are nonetheless
able to communicate in
realtime with one another in a vast translight network which, as I mentioned
before, is called the
Galactic Community, or GalCom.
